David Liles is the owner of LEAP Solutions. He’s been married for 30+ years with two sons, and loves to tinker with old cars in his spare time. What makes David unique is his diverse background; having both book smarts as a practicing CPA for 20 years as well as proficiency in working with the building trades. He’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, and grab his tool box out of his truck right on the spot. Ultimately, because he has owned properties, he knows how to manage properties the right way – the way he would want his own properties looked after.

As an independent commercial property manager, David is responsible for high-end business properties in the midtown area and within a fifty-mile radius of Metro Nashville. David has worked with property owners for over twelve years to fulfill unique management services from construction management, preventive maintenance, repair coordination and daily operations, to financial management and reporting.

Debbi Church
Debbi Church relocated from Fort Smith, AR in 1989 and now considers Nashville home. After 15 years as a Specialty Physician Recruiter for the HCA TriStar Division, she now manages a host of administrative, risk management and marketing related projects for LEAP Solutions.

Prior to her work with HCA Healthcare, Debbi was employed for 10 years with J.C. Bradford & Co. and Bradford Investment Management in Nashville where she worked as an executive assistant to Jimmy Bradford, Jr. among others. Debbi was responsible for database management, editing, and producing a financial newsletter for BIM.

She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two sports-active grandchildren.
